THIS IS TO INFORM OUR ESTEEMED CUSTOMERS AND THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL, THAT DUE TO CONGESTION OF CARGO AT DAR ES SALAAM PORT, OUR BREAKBULK FREIGHT OPERATIONS WILL BE FROM DODOMA WITH EFFECT FROM 1ST FEBRUARY 2004. MOVEMENT OF CARGO WILL BE DODOMA/MWANZA/KIGOMA AND VICE VERSA. THE DAR ES SALAAM / DODOMA PORTION AND VICE VERSA WILL BE COVERED BY THE ROAD MODE.

THIS MOVE DOES NOT COVER PASSENGERS, CONTAINERISED CARGO AND POL (PETROLEUM, OIL, LUBRICANTS ETC)

CLARIFICATION ON PASSENGER SERVICES

First and second classes: Passengers can make reservations and buy tickets at any time between three months and half an hour before commencement of the journey provided that the chances are available in the date they wish to travel.

Third Class:
Passengers can make reservations and buy tickets between one month and half an hour before commencement of the journey provided that the chances are available in the date they wish to travel.

Children:
Children below three years old are allowed to travel free of charge under supervision of passengers with full paid tickets.
Children between three and eleven years old are supposed to pay half of fare of an adult while above eleven years are supposed to pay full fare.
