Manyoni-Singida Line

The Manyoni - Singida Branch Line branches off the Central Line at Manyoni Railway Station and terminates at Singida Railway Station . It covers a distance of 115km. The line has a somewhat interesting history. The line was first constructed between 1932 and 1934. For economic reasons, the line was uprooted in the 1950's. Then, about 30 years later, the Manyoni-Singida Line was reconstructed starting at Manyoni in 1985 and terminating at Singida in 1997.
